  1. Best Thing Today:- achieving all the goals set for today – something for me (swim and film, Harry Potter), something for home (posting letters), something for future (phoning potential new employer). Now time to relax (read).

  2. Giving a massage to Chrissey and Jamie today – they just love me doing this and tell me so ……… makes me want to offer them more – ‘appreciation’ is a key player in my motivational ‘tool kit’ .
